Welcome to Real U Mental Health Counseling Firm ("Company"). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Real U provides mental health counseling services to individuals seeking support. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care or professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information. Attend scheduled sessions or notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Use our services solely for lawful purposes.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Refunds for prepaid sessions are available upon request, subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Confidentiality

We uphold strict confidentiality standards. However, there are exceptions where disclosure may be required:

If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. In cases of suspected abuse or neglect. As mandated by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mesquite, Texas.
